Super Gian

Nobita finds a cape hanging on the clothing dryer, and Doraemon says it is a super cape to become a superhero, but Gian snatches the cape and uses it to become Super Gian, whose only power is being able to fly when summoned by a whistle. Gian uses this ability to help people, but as he starts to get irritated, Doraemon and Nobita call him to beat the naughty Gian.
