The Human Locomotive

Nobita and Gian are training for the school's three-legged race, but Nobita keeps starting with the wrong foot. So Doraemon gives him a gadget that allows him to run as fast as a locomotive (complete with a smokestack and coal cookies as fuel). But Nobita ends up eating too much coal cookies and becoming a force of destruction, leveling everything in his path. So Doraemon does something to stop Nobita from doing it.
