Synopsis
Fandom WikiNobita's precious Demiurge card is stolen by Suneo using a common Tyrannosaurus card. Frustrated, Nobita said, "If Phantom Thief Lopin are here, he can get it back for me!" Doraemon, hearing this, produces the "Kaito Set", which allows anyone to become a phantom thief. Nobita puts on the top hat and cape from the gear, transforming into "Phantom Thief Nobita," and happily delivers a notice to Suneo's house about stealing Demiurge. That night, Nobita uses the "Kaito Set" to successfully bypass Suneo's security system, disguises himself as Suneo's mother, and says, "It's safer to put the card in the safe," thus stealing the card. The next day, he sends a notice to Gian demanding the return of the manga "Lion Mask" he has obtained from him. Gian declars he will make sure Nobita never returns. That evening, Nobita disguises himself as Jaiko and asks to borrow Gian's "Lion Mask" to look at his manga. Gian drags him out for snacks, but after a few, he says he is full. Gian says, "Jaiko's appetite can't be that small!" Nobita's disguise is exposed. Later, Nobita sneaks into Gian's house but is scared away again. He finally "reclaims" the manga while Gian is asleep, but it turns out to be a fake! Nobita later wakes Gian up when he goes back to Gian's house. However, in his panic, Gian accidentally throws the real "Lion Mask" out, allowing Nobita to finally retrieve the manga.
