It turns out that the tissue Doraemon took out was a "fortune-telling tissue," which comes with fortunes ranging from "great fortune" to "great misfortune," and something corresponding to the fortune will happen. Later, Nobita, who drew a "medium fortune," receives a pudding parfait from his mother and is overjoyed! Furthermore, his mother, who drew a "great fortune," is surprised to find a precious ring she thought she had lost!

Nobita, told by Doraemon that he can't waste the fortune-telling tissues, goes outside in thin clothing to try and catch a cold and get a runny nose...!?
