The Festival Balloon

Shizuka was planning go to the Snow Festival with her family trip, but she felt depressed can't go to the trip because her dad's work. Nobita returns home hoping to get rid of such Shizuka, and finds a glittering balloon on the garden.

Meanwhile at in front of the Nobita's house, there were many stalls related to Dorayaki such as "Dorayaki Soba" and "Dorayaki Fishing", and he was surprised because it was crowded with many people! Among them are the dads and moms who sell giant dorayaki souvenirs. According to Dad, today is the Dorayaki Festival. Nobita bends his head at the festival that he never hears for the first time. That should be that, it was a festival that Doraemon thought about. Doraemon explain to Nobita about there are many festivals are held in each country.

Everyone change their clothes and dance together at Suneo's festival. Not long after, Gian takeover Suneo's festival and create his own festival called "Gian's Rock Fest" This makes everyone fell terrified for his horrible song.

In order to save everyone from Gian's recital, Doraemon tells everyone to change the Gian's Rock Fest immediately by writing the name of the festival in the paper then put it into the gadget. They write the name of the festival to the gadget all at once. As result, everyone holds different festivals, Then every group of Nobita's friends hold Studying Festival, Cake Buffet Festival, Dance Festival and Music Festival at open lot. Nobita decided to create his own festival called 'Nobita's Festival ' as result, everyone wearing Nobita's Outfits, taking a nap and has a 0 point test paper.
