Nobita's father makes his mother angry because he doesn't do housework. Nobita always loses the finger wrestling game with Gian, Shizuka and others, and is pinched very painfully. In order to help Nobita, Doraemon gives Nobita the "Ultra Ring". Nobita uses Doraemon's face to experiment, and it really works. Nobita's mother loses the ruby ring given by his father. Nobita remembers that he loses the ring when he is playing with Shizuka, so he has to give the "Ultra Ring" to his mother. Mom puts on the "Ultra Ring" and sees Doraemon is bounced away because he has dust on his nose because he helps her clean up. Nobita first goes to the empty lot to look for Shizuka, but he doesn't find her and is hit by Doraemon. Then Doraemon goes to stop his mother, and Nobita goes to Shizuka's house to look for the ring. When the mother accidentally pushes Suneo's mother, who is showing off her beauty treatment, away on the street, tears the sleeve of her kimono, and chases her, she knocks Doraemon to Shizuka's house. As a result, Nobita and Shizuka are crushed to the ground by Doraemon who is thrown away by the mother. Nobita's father goes to buy a cake to cheer his mother up, and happens to see Nobita's mother pushing down a bicycle that almost hits him, breaking a billboard that almost crushes him, and knocking down a telephone pole, which scares him. When Doraemon, Nobita and his mother return home (the mother should have taken off the ring at this time), they see that his father has cleaned up the house and asks to make dinner, which is very strange.
It's Solved! The Dekisugi Case
That day, the teacher notices that Dekisugi's grade has been declining recently. After school, everyone comforts Dekisugi. When Nobita gets home, his mother says his father has forgotten to take the documents to work. Nobita initially tries to explain by saying he is taking a nap (later changing his excuse to doing homework), but his mother mocks and scolds him, saying, "You won't actually do your homework anyway." Doraemon uses the "Object Electrical Transmission Adapter" to send the documents to his father. Nobita uses it to buy pork cutlet for his mother and makes a prank call to Shizuka's house to surprise her, but accidentally touches her skirt. Shizuka goes to Nobita for help, mentioning that Dekisugi is constantly being harassed by phone call. Later, Doraemon reminds Shizuka that she hasn't taken the skirt she is supposed to return and then directly pulls it out and yells at her, making her very embarrassed. Nobita and his friends travel back in time to that night and ambush Dekisugi's house, waiting for the harassing phone call. They eventually discover that the real culprit, Gariben, does this to get revenge on Dekisugi because he wants to be number one in his exam. Nobita returns to the present and the next morning returns the skirt he mistakenly took during the ambush, making Shizuka very angry and embarrassed. She runs into school through a crowd of teachers and students.
