Magical Girl Shizuka-chan

Shizuka, riding a broom, is daydreaming about being a witch helping Cinderella, when Nobita catches her in the act. Nobita agrees to help, but Doraemon scolds him for being rash, causing him displeasure. Doraemon then agrees to lend Shizuka the appropriate gadgets according to her needs. First, Shizuka wants a flying broom, so Doraemon uses the "Hypnotizing Megaphone" to hypnotize her broom, which then flies away on its own. As a result, they have to use Nobita's broom instead. After Shizuka practices riding the broom for a while, Doraemon lends her the "Helping Hat" so she can go out and help others. Soon after, the "Helping Hat" sends a message, and Shizuka immediately follows the direction the hat points, only to fly back to Nobita's house. It turns out Nobita's mother needs to clean, but Shizuka has already borrowed the broom. Shizuka returns the broom to Nobita, but he refuses to accept it. Shizuka asks Doraemon to lend her the "Hypnotizing Megaphone" again, so she can turn a baseball bat into a broom. Nobita thanks Shizuka, but Shizuka feels that borrowing gadgets from Doraemon every time is time-consuming and risky, so Doraemon lends her his entire 4D pocket. Shizuka flies through the sky on the broom, but riding for too long makes her feel tired, and she needs to land and rest. At this moment, the "Helping Hat" reacts, and Shizuka follows the hat to Gian's house. It turns out that Jaiko is going to her friend's birthday party, but her mother has taken the clothes she is supposed to wear to wash. Shizuka uses the "Dress-Up Camera" to help her change into a beautiful outfit, but because it is an hour's drive to her friend's house, she is too late. So Shizuka sends her away with a broom. Afterwards, Shizuka helps Gian play baseball, along the way, he helps Suneo, who has broken his bicycle (using the "Time Cloth", but unfortunately she uses it backwards, making things worse); later, Shizuka finds some junk and converts it into a carriage, asking it to take her to the party. Finally, Shizuka helps other people in need. That evening, Shizuka returns the broom, the 4D pocket, and the "Helping Hat" to Nobita and Doraemon. Just as Nobita is happy for Shizuka, the "Helping Hat" reacts again. Nobita rides a hypnotized umbrella, Doraemon put on the "Take-copter" to investigate, only to find Shizuka locks out because she is too late, pleading with her mother to let her in.
