The City of Dreams, Nobita Land

The episode starts with Doraemon appreciating Nobita while he was skating in his lobby. He loses balance and crashes into the living room by breaking the doors. Tamako yells at them to play outside. Nobita tries skating outside his house and a green car approaches towards him honking. Doraemon saves him by lifting him in the air with the help of Take-copter just a few seconds before their collision. The driver yells at him. They were discussing about where to play and just then Gian shouts his name. He was along with Suneo, Yasuo and Yamada and they all had either baseball bat or gloves. Nobita gets dropped in front of them and holds Suneo when he loses balance. They tell him to come along and train with them in the Open Lot.

They see the sign "Keep out" outside the lot. Suneo explains that a building is being built nearby and so the raw materials are kept in the vacant lot. Gian expresses his sadness and Nobita laughed. Suneo points out that Nobita is happy to which everyone look at him in rage.

Back in Nobis' Residence, Nobita rants about how he wants to have a free world. Doraemon suggests to build one together. He takes out Instant Miniature-Making Camera and takes a picture of his house from up above while flying. The camera extract a miniature house copy of their house out of it. Nobita is amazed by the furniture inside but then says that toys won't be enough. Doraemon takes out Gulliver Tunnel and passes through it. After getting smaller, he suggests that they can play inside the house. Nobita decides to take more pictures and build a town. They both fly off.

Nobita clicks a picture of a comic book store. A 3d model of the house extracts out and falls down. Nobita says that he heard something falling out of it to which he looks down and sees a tiny manga book. Then they decide taking pictures of cake and sweets shops. Nobita clicks many pictures of the buildings including toy shops. They arrange all the houses in their yard. After organizing them, Nobita decides to invite Shizuka.

He rings Shizuka's doorbell and Shizuka answers. He then invites her to his house and tells her he built a town. As they were walking, Shizuka sees Dekisugi and runs towards him. She tells him about the town and asks him come along as it is very quiet there. Nobita frowns as he wanted only Shizuka to be there.

Gian, Suneo, Yamada and Yasuo were hanging around a corner. Gian asks if they can play something to which Suneo replies that he broke all his toys. Right then, Mrs. Gouda cycles towards Gian in anger shouting his name, tells him to help in delivering things and grabs him and takes him along. Nobita steps right in front of Suneo, Yasuo and Haruo and tells him about his town. He asks them to follow him along with Dekisugi and Shizuka as they did not believe him.

They get surprised when then see his house. Nobita asks them to go through the tunnel which Suneo finds dumb while Shizuka expresses her excitement. They all enter one by one and Doraemon welcomes them to Nobita land. They all run and enter different shops. Suneo and Nobita take lots of games and Doraemon takes a plateful of dorayakis. Yasuo played video games and Shizuka looked for clothes. Doraemon was having dorayakis and one of his dorayaki fell into a hole nearby. An ant gets out of it and eats it. Doraemon lifts his plate up as he does not want to share. Nobita read comics while Suneo played games. Yamada comes out of video game parlor with a football and asks the boys to play. Shizuka wishes them luck. Dekisugi collects the information in the library. All the boys start playing. Gian drove his bike complaining about his mother. He overhears noise coming from Nobita house and leans through the wall to see all of them playing being in small size. Mrs. Gouda notices him not doing his job and approaches towards him. Gian hops into Nobita's yard and goes through the tunnel. She assumes the Gulliver Tunnel to be a doghouse and leaves. Nobita invites him to play to which he agrees. While playing baseball, Yasuo bowls to Gian and Gian hits it and the ball breaks windows of a house nearby. Yamada who was keeping and Gian panic and were about to run but Doraemon reminds them that no one lives in these houses. Gian feels relieved that says that he'll hit the next one harder. They continue their play and Tamako's foot steps causes a thud as she approaches there. She expresses he anger at the mess of toys and lifts one of the buildings which makes all the friends run towards the tunnel. Doraemon sees that the tunnel is gone. Tamako moves the houses away. They start climbing a plant. Suneo notices the tunnel and they all run towards it. A truck carrying two trees arrives at Nobis' Residence. Nobita thanks two workers and asks them to plant those in the yard. Nobita gets sad about his town being tore down and pleads Doraemon to make vacant land while the others watch them in bewilderment. Doraemon keeps refusing and the episode ends.
