Be Careful About Buying From the Future / Doreamon is Really Sick?

One evening, Nobita hears an unusual noise coming from Doraemon. Soon after, Doraemon’s sister, Dorami, appears from the future, worried because Doraemon has been neglecting his health check-ups. But Doraemon, reluctant to leave Nobita by himself, resists going to the hospital. Suddenly, Doraemon collapses, raising fears that he may be gravely ill. Now, it’s up to Nobita to find a way to help and save his friend.
