Fireworks Can Be Set Off Even If It Rains

Tomorrow, there will be a summer festival with a lively fireworks display. Nobita and his best friends are looking forward to the festival, with Shizuka having bought a new yukata. The next day, however, the festival was canceled due to heavy rain, disappointing everyone.

Nobita invites all his friends to watch the fireworks from above using Take-copter . After that, everyone flies freely while they happily celebrate the summer party with firework shows.

However, the party is ruined when a big mouse approaches Doraemon, who attacks it continuously using a fake firework launch. Tamako, hearing the commotion, goes up to Nobita's room to find that it is a mess. Tamako was so angry seeing this and all her friends went home. His anger made fireworks explode above his head.
