Nobita Invent it!? The Nobi-Rice

Episode starts in culinary class, Nobita team up with Gian, Suneo and Shizuka was cooking omelete rice. When Nobita's flip the pan, the omelette has a hole in it. As result, Suneo and Gian laughed at him. Then the girls praised to Dekisugi for his perfect omelette rice. Shizuka also come to praise him and she wants to learn how to make a perfect rice omelette like that. This makes Nobita get jealous at him.

At home, Doraemon drying some of his gadgets. Nobita picked up something that looked like a globe. Doraemon said it's a "Enclosed Globe" it can remove any object for a while when you store a photo of the object with a special camera into this globe. Doraemon demonstrate this globe with Nobita by remove the bikes as an example. After that, everyone around them including Gian who was delivering goods did not use bicycles, because they were considered not to exist in the world.

Nobita tries to distract Doraemon and use the globe for something else. Not long after, there is Shizuka-chan passing by. She wants to visit Dekisugi's house to learn to make the perfect omelette rice. Nobita will not let that happen, So he taking picture a omelette rice and remove that from the world with using the globe. After that, only Nobita knew about Omelette rice.

At home, Nobita will make his creation called Nobi-rice (ノビライス "Nobi-raisu), with Doraemon as his witness. But the result is that his omelet rice still has holes in it, When Doraemon tried his dish, it tasted very delicious. Even when Nobita shared his dish called Nobi-rice with his friends at open lot, they also liked his dish.

Nobita want to show his special dish to Shizuka's house. On the way to Shizuka's house, They both saw a restaurant owner who was sad because his restaurant was deserted of customers due to the loss of his signature menu. Nobita gives his recipe in order to make this restaurant busy with customers again. After they finished helping the restaurant owner, it was already dusk and they decided to visit Shizuka-chan's house at the next day.

At the next day, Nobita couldn't wait to show his special dish to Shizuka at her house. Then they saw Suneo, Gian and Dekisugi who was gathering in front of Shizuka's house. Nobita was shocked when he saw Dekisugi's perfect omelet rice. In the end of the episode, Dekisugi and Shizuka-chan asked Nobita to teach them how to make his original Nobi-Rice with a hole on it.
