After school, Gian and Suneo tells Nobita that they are going to play baseball. Nobita says he wants to play too, but it turns out that they wants him to take his schoolbag home. Although Nobita is unhappy, he still agrees. On the way, he meets Suneo's brother and wants to ask him to take Suneo's schoolbag, but he sticks out his tongue at Nobita. He meets a dog delivering something and wants to ask if he can deliver it for him, but the dog yells at him fiercely. Nobita is in a bad mood and goes to the river to relax. Doraemon sees that Nobita does not come back from school, so he goes to find him and finds him on the bridge. Nobita tells him his trouble, that he always listens to others, but others don't listen to him. Sometimes he really wants to jump into the river, but he gives up because he cannot swim. Doraemon gives Nobita "Gratitude Halo", and when Nobita puts it on and talks, Doraemon is very touched, and then he listens to Nobita and sends Suneo and Gian's schoolbags back home. Nobita returns home and is scolded by his mother. When he apologizes, his mother is immediately touched, and Nobita asks his mother to help him with his homework twice. Nobita runs out happily, and Doraemon takes the gadget from behind, thinking that he will play a prank. Nobita says some words of thanks to Doraemon again, and persuades him to lend him the gadget again. Nobita meets the fierce dog before, and he doesn't expect that it will work on the dog, so he teases the dog and forces it to run in circles. After that, Nobita meets Shizuka and she serves him. Then, they go to the place where Suneo and Gian are playing baseball. He says he wants to play, too. Gian is very touched and hands over his glove to him. Nobita replaces him as a backup, but he can't catch the ball thrown by Suneo, so he blames Suneo. Suneo is very touched. He tells the batter that he wants to play, and the batter gives him the bat, but he still can't hit the ball. In the end, he simply puts the ball on the ground and hits it, hitting a ground ball, and calls it a home run, and everyone agrees. Later, Nobita feels that it is boring and stops playing baseball. Everyone gathers around him to listen to him and brings him a lot of delicious food. At this time, Doraemon sees him making trouble and wants to stop him, but he is moved again. Nobita leaves, but the gadget are blown away by the wind and blows onto the head of the dog before. As a result, Nobita is always being manipulated by the dog and doesn't go home until very late.
