Nobi's Residence is at the 30th Floor

Nobita, Suneo and Gian go to their classmate's house who lives in a 30-storeyed apartment building just in front of the station. They are impressed by the wonderful view that they saw in the window. Nobita asks his parents to buy an apartment and move out of there, but they refuse. Nobita tells Doraemon to experience living in a high place. However, Doraemon said that its still day so they wait until midnight. The midnight comes, Doraemon wakes up Nobita, and Doraemon uses the High-Rise Condominium Elevator. They are surprised to see that it reached the height of 30 storeys. Doraemon and Nobita go to the living room to see the view and drink some juice.

But someone comes in, Doraemon and Nobita discover he is drunk and had accidentally gone to the wrong gate. They leave the front door open out of excitement and a thief goes to Nobita's room to steal. When caught, he wants to jump off not realizing he is on the 30th floor. Fortunately, Doraemon equips him with a parachute and he lands safely. Meanwhile, Nobita's test papers all fly out of the open window and he along with Doraemon labourously collect most of them.

Doraemon informs Nobita of an oncoming storm, and the house starts spinning around. Luckily Doraemon returns the house to its original state but the next morning, a dizzy Nobita is seen leaving with Nobisuke for their destination, while Doraemon and Tamako stand at the door out of dizziness, too.
