Nobita is walking down the street when he meets Gian, who beats him up. Beaten and battered, Nobita complains to Doraemon about the problem and cries because he can't give an answer. Doraemon takes out the headband of the offended ghost and gives it to Nobita to put on. Nobita follows his instructions and the ghost appears in front of him. Doraemon and Nobita send the ghost to teach Gian a lesson for mistreating the weak. However, when they run to a vacant lot, they see how it got scared of a dog and hid in a large pipe. Nobita sends his ghost further. It flies up to Shizuka, but she gets scared and sprays it with water from a hose. Then, it goes to Gian's house, and Doraemon and Nobita begin to watch it, what it does.

Meanwhile, Gian is reading a manga, but the ghost flies up and starts to bother him. Gian tries to get rid of the ghost and drive it away, but all attempts are in vain. When he starts eating, the ghost still gets in his way. Angry, Gian starts chasing the ghost and throws a plate of spaghetti at it, but hits his mother right in the face, which makes her very angry and severely punishes him. The ghost, Doraemon and Nobita are pleased to look at this, and when the ghost flies out of the house, it disappears. Then Nobita calls him again with the help of the headband and sends him to Suneo.

At this time, Suneo is playing a console, but the ghost begins to hinder him from passing. Suneo is very interested in him and calls Gian that he wants to put this ghost on display. Later, Suneo's friends come to look at him. They all start making fun of the ghost, to which he cannot stand the ridicule and flies away.
