The Fear of Tincture

Doraemon and Nobita go to Suneo's house and use "Tincture" to punish Suneo for harming the old toys. He decides to go to the recycling yard to find the book that Nobita's mother has thrown away, but he only finds the fragments of the book that are pressed into pages, and sprinkles the potion on it.
