If a Robot Praises You...

Nobita and his friends have their paintings looked at by Shizuka's uncle, who is said to be a famous art critic. Gian and Suneo find good points and praise Nobita, but he is told that Nobita's paintings must have been ones he drew in kindergarten...

　Gian and Suneo burst out laughing at Nobita, leaving Nobita extremely frustrated. After hearing the story, Doraemon feels sympathy for Nobita and takes out the "Hyoron Robot," which is said to always praise anything. When this robot praises something, everyone praises it too.

　First, Nobita decides to show his painting to his mother and get her opinion. However, Nobita's mother knows that his paintings are poor, and refuses to look at them because she doesn't want to lie. So, when Nobita shows the Hyoron Robot his painting in front of his mother, the robot says, "It's good!" and immediately afterwards, Nobita's mother praises his painting.

　Next, Nobita's dad uses the same method and receives great praise, so Nobita feels encouraged and takes the Hyoron Robot and the picture and goes off to look for everyone, but...!?
