The Model Letter Pen

Episode starts at Nobita and Doraemon reading comic books, while his mother tells him to stop reading manga and go to study. Also she commands Nobita to write a letter to his uncle for the book he gave. So Doraemon gave his Sample Letter Pen to him, and Nobita succeded in writing a letter to his uncle. Then Nobita decides to keep the pen to himself, because he wants to write a letter for Shizuka.

After seeing Dekisugi hanging out with Shizuka again, a jealous Nobita decides to write a friendship letter to her to prove his loyalty and friendship towards her, using Doraemon's Sample Letter Pen. However, he ends up writing a love letter for her (because of Age Dial being set in 25 years), and Suneo spots him doing so, and thus, he and Gian starts teasing him, while Dekisugi greeted it and said that Nobita wrote a wonderful love letter and he shouldn't make fun of it. Thus they together decided to deliver it to Shizuka, while a clever Dekisugi befools them and says that she is not at home and must have gone to supermarket. Nobita takes advantage of the situation and wrote an emotional friendship letter for the duo, which made them return the letter. However, Nobita accidentally posted the letter using Doraemon's stamp envelope, which resulted in Shizuka reading the letter. Embarassed, she first drove Nobita away, while a heartbroken Nobita assumed that Shizuka will start hating him. But later on, she visited Doraemon and sent a reply letter to him, saying that she really loved his letter, but she is unhappy with the fact that Nobita used Doraemon's gadget to write it, instead of expressing it himself. She further adds that Nobita is the best of all her friends, and the good qualities Nobita has, no other boys had this qualities.

Episode ends at Dekisugi chasing Nobita that he wants to become a good writer like him, but Nobita doesn't seem he likes it.
