The Time Capsule

The episode starts at the full view of the earth and zooms in into Japan. Then, the scene changes in future time. We can see Present Takeshi in the TV Screen recording himself singing while his friend Suneo recording him, but messed up at the second time and records again. Another third time failed by Nobita, who is photo-bombing Takeshi's recorded video, and Nobita was beaten up badly. Takeshi's son, Yasashiku, and Suneki, Suneo's son, who is watching on TV where they see their parents when they were little. Then, future Suneo comes and tells them that Nobisuke is here, and Suneki quickly turned off the TV without any hesitation. Nobisuke arrives and tells them to play outside with him, and both of them agreed nervously.

Outside, Nobisuke criticizes Yasashiku for being fat and for arriving too slow outside. While Suneki acting helplessly, Nobisuke chases after them, but he was stopped by his mother, Shizuka Minamoto, and apologizes to Suneki and Yasashiku and the two escapes from Nobisuke. Then, she tells Nobisuke that he will have a talk with his father later that night.

At night, Nobisuke's father, Nobi Nobita, saying to his son that he should always be focusing on studying not slacking off with his friends, then Nobisuke replied to future Nobita if he receives any complements from his teacher, back when he was little. He replied back to Nobisuke that future Nobita always got a 100 on his test, but Nobisuke doesn't believe him and slips off the couch. So he goes to the box to find his 100 test to prove that future Nobita isn't lying. When he shows his son the test, it labeled "100" on his test, but Nobisuke's thinking if there's any more 100 test left on the box, but future Nobita gets up and tells his son to follow future Nobita's advice and not giving up and lefts the room with a sighed. Future Nobita reveals that that's his only 100 test he ever took. While Nobisuke is looking for some more tests stored inside the box, but he found an old map instead indicating that there's must be some treasure hidden on that map. Nobisuke inspects the map that night, and he wasn't so sure about the hidden object that was labeled on the map.

Next day after school, Nobisuke tries to ask his teacher where the location of the unknown object was (future Sensei is nearly having the same appearance like Sensei from the present time), but he says he doesn't know anything about it and Nobisuke goes off walking with Suneki and Yasashiku. He asked Yasashiku where his father is at right now, and Yasashiku replied that his father is at the supermarket, and Nobisuke runs off to go there. When he finally arrived, he goes to the front desk where future Takeshi is, and she said that he is in the office room on the 20th floor. In future Takeshi, we can see him singing with his improved vocal and Nobisuke enters. He asked future Takeshi where the location is, and Takeshi replied that he knows where it is. He tells him that the location is not that far from the hotel, and Nobisuke goes to the hotel next. When he arrived, he went to the hotel worker and asked where the unknown object was buried, and he replied that there is a sign saying that the unknown location is just behind the tree, Nobisuke thanks him and goes off.

When he arrived at the map's exact location, the unknown location is actually a small old temple that is still lying around in the future. He wants to know where the unknown object was buried, so he goes to his scooter and picks up a drill and then dug a big hole. While digging, he found a purple sphere, which is the unknown object of what he saw on the map last night and brought it back home.

The scene crossfades at future Nobita's apartment while he was reading a newspaper, and he heard a rough rolling noise coming from upstairs, which is Nobisuke rolling the sphere into his room and follows him. While Nobisuke is inspecting the sphere, future Nobita appears and tells Nobisuke to study instead of looking at the strange object and lefts. Future Nobita said that his father almost saw the sphere. As he goes back downstairs, Nobita said that his son doesn't like studying just like him from the past. The object of a sphere started flashing the scene and future Nobita's jumps, saying that the sphere he saw is very familiar. And he started thinking when, where, or how did he found that sphere object? Then, an unexpected visitor arrived, it is Nobita from the present time, which surprised future Nobita. Also, the future Nobita said to present Nobita that Doraemon is also with him, and Doraemon appeared and said hi and present Nobita replied "hi" to Doraemon, but he replied back to present Nobita saying that he is saying hi to future Nobita. Both Doraemon and Future Nobita hug emotionally (meaning they finally get to see each other again), while present Nobita tells Doraemon that there is a bit of a hurry, then it crossfades to black after the scene was changed to a full picture of an unknown sphere that Nobisuke found outside.

Doraemon and present Nobita are talking to future Nobita about the sphere they buried, but somehow future Nobita can't seem to remember. Nobita tells his future self to remember what happened 25 years ago, as the flashback starts.

Flashback starts when Nobita and Doraemon are helping out their mom, Tamako, to clean the warehouse. Instead of throwing the box, he goes inside his house to hide it instead, while Doraemon and Tamako continue to throw the trash away. Scene changes at the inside of Nobita's house, he's holding all of his stuff when he was little. So asked Doraemon for a gadget to bury his treasure, so he will remember it when he grows up. Then, Doraemon pulls out a gadget, Time Capsule, which allows you to put any items to store inside without making it rotten or old. Then, Tamako called Nobita to go downstairs to get (you know, always) and Doraemon giggles. While Tamako is scolding Nobita, he listens and grabs the microphone and the radio to record of Nobita's mother voice scolding Nobita. They go to Shizuka next and ask her if she wants to store any stuff inside the Time Capsule, and she said that she wants to store her finished magazine and her doll. Before Doraemon closes the Time Capsule, Nobita said that he also wants to store his old "0" tests from the past, he tells him that it was a bad idea, but Nobita covered Doraemon's mouth saying that it's alright. They buried the Time Capsule at the center of the mountain right beside the big pine tree and drew a map to show the time capsule location.

After the future Nobita finally remembered the Time Capsule that he buried 25 years ago, he freaks out and tells them that Nobisuke actually took the Time Capsule all by himself and runs off upstairs to his room to retrieve it. Still, it's too late, because Nobisuke laughs and found his pack old test with a score of zero (that present Nobita put it), and future Nobita tells present Nobita that it's his fault for including the 0 test inside the capsule. Nobisuke tells his father that he found something interesting, and both Nobita turned around and tells him to be quiet and tells him to go back to study, walk away. Doraemon gave Nobisuke a piece of advice by trying not to be like Nobita and tells him to always study hard and walks away nervously. Later, Shizuka called Nobisuke to go outside and buy something for his mom, and Present Nobita stops and tells his future self that Nobisuke didn't get the videotape of his mother scolding him, which is a relief for them.

As present Nobita and Doraemon are getting ready to back to the present time, Future Shizuka called future Nobita to come upstairs, then Doraemon and present Nobita said goodbye to future Nobita as the time machine hole disappeared. Future Nobita quickly runs upstairs, and Shizuka said to him that Nobisuke was playing her old doll and the magazines when she was little. While traveling back to the present, Nobita wants to go back to the future, saying that he forgot to see his future wife as well, and Doraemon replied, "You're gonna find out on the next 15 years", and Nobita groans in frustration, as the episode ends.
