The Stupidity Time Bombs / The In-advance Diary is Horrible

Dekisugi recently visits Tokyo Dreamland and discusses his experience with Shizuka. They mention the 3D movie on the big screen, but Nobita says ice cream is more fun. On the way home, Nobita feels ignored by Dekisugi and Shizuka, feeling like a fool. When he gets home, his mother is about to scold him, so Doraemon takes out a "Timed Stupidity Bomb" and throws it at her, making her start clown around and stop scolding him. Seeing how funny the gadget is, Nobita wants to embarrass Dekisugi in front of Shizuka. On the way, he discovers Gian is going to sing a sad song for Suneo, so he makes Gian clown around, making Suneo laugh non-stop, which leads to his own tragic end. Nobita then takes Dekisugi to Shizuka's house and attaches the "Timed Stupidity Bomb" to his back. However, Dekisugi goes home to change clothes, and the bomb explodes in his mother's hands. When they set off again, Nobita prepares to attach another bomb to Dekisugi's back, but he accidentally drops it with Nobita's teacher and Suneo's mother, where it explodes. Nobita then attaches another bomb to Dekisugi's back. At Shizuka's house, the three chat about 3D images and Lumière, but Nobita is hoping the bomb will explode and Dekisugi will act silly. However, Shizuka notices the bomb on Dekisugi's back and pulls it out. Nobita rushes to grab the bomb, but in the end, he's the one who ends up being the one making a fool of himself.
