Synopsis

Doraemon gets Nobita to learn how to swim by using the Just-As-You-Said Pills, and they go diving in the sky. When all that fails, Nobita sun bathes at home and gets sunburnt due to overexposure.
The World is Full of Lies
Episode starts when Nobita win a challenge and he get 100 yen ice cream while Doraemon only gets 50 yen ice cream. Nobita went out to the store to buy ice cream for himself and Doraemon. On the way back, Nobita meet with Gian, he asked Nobita to give his ice cream to him. At first Gian choose a cheap one it cost 50 yen and paid it to Nobita. Suddenly, Gian returned to Nobita and asked him to give a 100 yen ice cream.
When Nobita asks Gian to pay another 50 yen for that ice cream. Gian tried to explain by tricking him. As result, Nobita didn't realize that he had been tricked by Gian. Doraemon worried about his good-natured. So Doraemom took out a "Gishin Anki" or Doubter pills and put it in Nobita's mouth.
After Nobita take this pills, he became very suspicious of everything. Suddenly Nobita was angry with Doraemon for tricking his ice cream money. Doraemon explains that it was Gian who had tricked him. Then Nobita goes outside to find Gian so Nobita can get his ice cream money back. Due to the strong effect of Gishin anki when Nobita drank it, Doraemon was worried about his condition.
