Good Mood Fan

Doraemon uses the Good Mood Fan to relieve Dad's stress, while Nobita uses it to clear the stress from Doraemon, Shizuka and Gian as well. Nobita also uses the gadget on the teacher, though it later backfires when the teacher takes Nobita to his residence so he can keep him company while he does his homework.
