Synopsis
Fandom WikiOne day, when the mother asks Nobita, Dad and Doraemon to tidy up the warehouse, a comic book called "The Mule of Versailles" accidentally falls out. Nobita's mother is very envious of the Palace of Versailles in the comic. In order to help Nobita's mother realize her dream, Doraemon takes out the "Space-Time Swapping Device" and paints the yard. Nobita and his friends quickly transform their home to the 18th century. Nobita's mother goes out and sees the French king of the 18th century. The king falls in love with Nobita's mother who is not wearing glasses. After learning that Nobita's mother is in trouble, Nobita and Nobita's father are sure that they are in France in the 18th century. The three use the "Dress-Up Camera" to dress up as 18th-century French people and goes to the Palace of Versailles. The sweeping servant does not understand that Nobita is asking about his mother's whereabouts (later he explains it clearly after eating Translation Tool). In the chaos, Doraemon and the others finally leave the Palace of Versailles. Just as they are about to return home, they see the king's guards blocking them. Nobita uses the "Denkomaru" to fight back and knocks down the guards. Nobita's father finally uses it to PK with the king, but unfortunately the gadget has no power. At the critical moment, the "Denkomaru" hits the king's head, which ends the dispute. In the end, Nobita and his group return to the modern era, but Nobita's mother's chocolate is eaten by the king.
