Is It Okay If Doraemon Isn't Around!?

Doraemon received several sample items from the future department store like a Raw Material Lights. He doesn't need all the sample gadgets offered and threw them in the trash. But for Nobita this is an interesting thing. Then Nobita bring a shopping bag and put all the sample gadgets into the bag. Before Nobita left the house he accidentally use Raw Material Lights to turn Doraemon's Dorayaki into raw materials, this make Doraemon angry with him.

When heading to Shizuka-chan house, he saw Suneo wearing a neat suit. Suneo will go to a luxurious restaurant, he showed off some of his clothes to Nobita and Gian such as his tie which was made of silk and the belt was made from python skin. Then Nobita pointed the lights at Suneo's tie, the result was that his tie was actually made from a plastic bottle. When Gian pointed the lights at Suneo's belt, the result it was a real python. This make both panicked and run away.

At Shizuka's house, she was collecting some unused paper to her yard. Nobita directed a light at the pile of paper and the results had turned into pulp. This make Shizuka shocked and she asked Nobita to change it back. Nobita continued torching the lights until it became a small tree, Shizuka suggested planting it on a mountain so that carbon dioxide levels would be reduced. In that's case Nobita using another sample gadgets called "Shortcut Path Board" who will go straight to their destination by drawing a shortcut with the pen on the board. After that, Nobita and Shizuka go to mountain together while carrying a small tree.

Nobita and Shizuka planted the tree on a mountain near a large rock. Then Shizuka thought about what if this area was developed 10 years later. Nobita use the Time Tunnel in his bag to figure it out. However, the sample time tunnel was made of soft material so Shizuka felt unsure about entering it. Nobita said this gadget is safe to use. Then the two of them finally entered the tunnel and saw the tree they had planted growing big.

Nobita and Shizuka want to see the city 10 years later. When Nobita reactivates the cutting path board, it cannot be used again because it is a sample gadget that can only be used once. After read the instruction, Nobita had a bad feeling about it. When they returned to the tunnel, it was damaged and deflated. This makes Shizuka-chan cry because the two of them can't go back home. "That's why i asked you first it's safe or not?". Said Shizuka while crying.

Nobita panicked cuz there is no other gadget can get them back home. Nobita is trapped with Shizuka-chan in the world 10 years in the future and he screams for help from Doraemon. Meanwhile, Doraemon is worried about Nobita what if he uses all the sample gadgets.

Nobita and Shizuka-chan are confused about what should to do and Nobita feels hungry. Nobita ate a piece of bread in the bag which immediately make his stomach hurt. Not long after, it started raining. Nobita suggested Shizuka-chan to use Teru-Teru Bozo. Shizuka couldn't believe all those strange sample gadgets anymore. In the end the rain stopped but Nobita's clothes got soaked.

At night, they lit a bonfire. there's nothing more that can be done now. However, there was a whistle coming out of the shopping bag. The instruction said "You can get a help only within a 100 meter radius If you want more than that, please buy this product". Luckily Doraemon and Nobita came to save them both. This makes Shizuka-chan surprised because there are two Nobita. This episode ends with the two Nobita's arguing with each other about how himself could be in a place like this.
