The Fishing Pond in My Study Room

Doraemon and Nobita see the bucket of fish collected by Gian and Suneo and Nobita appreciates them. Suneo addresses that he found a river behind an apartment where there were a lot of fish. He and Gian head back and Nobita hints Doraemon to go to fishing on their own. Doraemon suggests to go there after lunch.

In Nobis' Residence; in the dining hall, Tamako disagrees with them going to fishing while her Doraemon and Nobita were having the lunch. She resonates that Nobita may trip and fall into the river to which Doraemon agrees. The scene changes to Nobita's room where Nobita shares his disappointment of how he wanted to catch lots of fish. Doraemon remembers that he has a gadget for it and takes out Mobile Fishing Lake from his pocket and puts in on the floor. He turns the nob of the gadget and sets the location to the river behind the apartment which was 800 meters to the south east. Then he presses a button and the sheet changes into water and a fish pops within. They go down the stairs to bring fishing rods and Tamako overhears them from the hall while having cookies and reminds them that they are not allowed to go to the river. They say that they are not going outside and will remain upstairs. They take the rods and go upstairs and Tamako warns them again. They repeat that will do the fishing upstairs which surprises Tamako.

They both had been fishing upstairs in their room. In a few seconds, Nobita gets impatient and puts his head down into the gadget to see if fishes are there. He starts blaming the gadget for his failure and so Doraemon takes out Hand Hook. They catch a lot of fishes by using it. Nobita feels like he caught a big one as it was too hard to pull for him. He pulls harder but falls into the gadget. Doraemon pulls him up holding his back and they see that the fish is not a big one but has string of another fishing rod which goes back into the gadget. They pull harder and see Gian popping out. He seemed angry and Doraemon and Nobita started running around panicking. Doraemon folds the gadget and then they both breathe a sigh of relief.Suneo was looking for Gian in the river. Gian makes his way up the river and claims that he saw Doraemon and Nobita. Suneo does not believe it which makes Gian wonders if what he saw was a dream or real.

Doraemon turns the nob and changes the location of the gadget. They start fishing contest again and get bored because of not being able to catch one. Nobita puts his head down the gadget and they realize that they've been fishing in a puddle. Nobita comes up with an idea of fishing in the ocean. Doraemon turns the nob and presses the button on the gadget and they see that waves in the gadget are high. Nobita puts his head down the gadget and sees the fishes in awe. He almost falls into the gadget and Doraemon pulls him back again. Doraemon warns him about him falling into the ocean just as how Tamako said. Nobita says he won't fall again but falls again and gets pulled by Doraemon. Doraemon takes out Deep Sea Cream and Air Tubes from his pocket. Doraemon puts the Air Tubes in Nobita's nostrils and Nobita applies Submarine Cream on his body. Nobita suggests that they should get into the gadget as he can swim underneath now.

They dive into the ocean with their fishing rods and see the variety of creatures. They start fishing and Nobita suggests Doraemon about catching a bunch of fishes at a time. Doraemon likes the idea and takes out Big Light. He flashes the big light on his Hand Hook which makes it go big. The fishes get scared and try to run away but get caught by the gadget. Nobita whins that his Magic Hand should also be made bigger. Doraemon flashes the Big Light on his Magic Hand and the gadget catches a shark. They start running in the ocean as the shark chases them. The shark tears a part of Nobita's brief. They run through a big hole in which the shark gets stuck. They see a sunken ship and decide to hide in there for a while. Nobita suggests that there might be a treasure in the ship. Doraemon finds it amusing until they see a huge treasure box right in front of them. They try to open it and assume that there might be a lot of treasure by the size and weight of the box. They open it and see a giant octopus. The octopus grabs them by its tentacles and tries to eat them. Doraemon bites him and frees himself and pulls Nobita out of its another tentacle. Nobita's brief comes off and they swim hurriedly out of the gadget. They were breathing a sigh of relief while being half in the gadget. The octopus gets out of the gadget and sprays black ink on Nobita's face. Doraemon runs from the top of octopus to the nob and changes the location of the gadget. They were exhausted and so they relax on the floor. They see a steam coming out of the gadget. They conclude that they found a hot spring near their house. They dance in excitement and dive into the gadget. They see Shizuka naked bathing in front of them and they were in her bathtub. She screams and throws soap on Nobita's face and a bucket on Doraemon's. They dive into the bathtub and the episode ends.
