Goodbye, Shizuka
Nobita walks dejectedly down the street, turning away as soon as he sees Shizuka. Back home, Doraemon, thinking he's been chased, asked what is wrong. Nobita explains he wants to break up with Shizuka because his teacher has made him stay after school and scolds him; he feels he can't bring Shizuka happiness. Doraemon teases him, which results in Doraemon scolding him in return. Nobita tells his mother he wants to live alone in the mountain or study abroad, and is scolded again. So Nobita devises a plan to cut off contact with Shizuka, first returning all the books and magazines he's borrowed from her. Shizuka's mother greets Nobita at their door, asking if he wants to see Shizuka. Nobita says no, but asks her to convey his goodbye to Shizuka. Shizuka, knowing this, goes out and finds Nobita. Nobita is secretly pleased, but for Shizuka's happiness, he lifts the skirt forcefully, forcing her to leave in anger. Nobita goes to the mountain road alone to admire the scenery of the town. Dekisugi finds him, and Nobita, with tears in his eyes, said he wants to entrust Shizuka to him before crying and going home. Shizuka calls Dekisugi, Nobita lies on the roof, and Shizuka's smiling face appears in the sky. Later, Shizuka overhears Gian and Suneo talking about Nobita being scolded by their teacher, saying that they will want to die if they are scolded like that. Worries that Nobita might commit suicide, Shizuka rushes to Nobita's house. Nobita asks Doraemon for help, and Doraemon takes out some "Bug Off". In a panic, Nobita drinks all the potion (he only needs to eat one). The stench he emitted is so unbearable that Doraemon and his mother runs into the street. Shizuka smells the stench in the entryway and is also about to feel the stench, but after hearing Nobita's cries for help, she endures the stench and goes into the room to help Nobita rinse off the smell of his body in the bathroom. Nobita is touched and says that Shizuka cares about him so much. Shizuka immediately becomes angry, scolding him for becoming so depressed after being scolded by his teacher, which worries her. Finally, Nobita tells Doraemon, who has returned, that he will stop thinking about it and leaves. Shizuka appears on the road; it is already sunset. (It is worth noting that in order to protect children's perceptions, elementary school student will generally only think that Nobita suddenly dislikes Shizuka, while adults will know that Nobita is going to commit suicide.)
