The Rumors of Love Just Won't Stop / Time, Keep Going!

Nobita is doing his homework but he can't do it because it's too difficult for him. Then he received a call from Gian and asked Nobita to go play baseball right now. Nobita rushed to the field to play baseball with Gian's team. However, Nobita was blamed for Gian's team defeat because Nobita was very slow.

When Nobita returned home, Shizuka came over to him. She asked to return the borrowed book but Nobita hadn't finished reading it yet. Shizuka also considers Nobita is a slow person. This makes Nobita feel sad, he can't live with time continuing to move quickly with him being slow. Doraemon couldn't help but give him an Ultra Stopwatch to freeze the entire world when activated. When Nobita looked out the window, he saw that everything including the gusts of wind was not moving at all.

This gadget might be effective for Nobita but Doraemon doesn't want to lend it to him. However, Nobita still wanted to borrow the gadget and he went out of the house. As he was about to leave the house, Nobita heard his voice shouting Doraemon's name.

Nobita use this gadget to prank Suneo and Gian. He took revenge by scribbling on their face with a marker. Gian and Suneo can't do anything because Nobita always manipulates the time. After being satisfied pranking them, Nobita saw that the whole city had stopped. Then Nobita went to Shizuka-chan's house so that she would be surprised by his arrival.

At Shizuka's house, Nobita saw Shizuka about to fall down the stairs. Nobita was surprised and he accidentally drop the Ultra stopwatch. He put a mattress near the stairs so that Shizuka wouldn't get hurt when she fell down the stairs. When Nobita wanted to advance time again, it nothing happened because his gadget was damaged. He continuously click the stopwatch but nothing happened, which means the whole world will stop forever. Nobita asked Doraemon to do something but he also get stopped. He also trying to fix the time but it's getting worst, there is nothing else that can he do now.

After that, Nobita had one idea, he traveled back a few hours ago before he left home using a time machine. Nobita hopes that this plan will succeed so that the world will return to normal. After arriving, he immediately shouted Doraemon's name. Nobita is very grateful to meet Doraemon and the world is moving normally again. Doraemon is surprised by Nobita's arrival from the time machine in his drawer.
