The Fearsome Justice Rope

When everyone is playing dodgeball, Nobita is bullied by Gian, so he asks Doraemon to get the "Justice Rope". Unexpectedly, the "Justice Rope" really teaches a lesson to Suneo who deliberately uses a fake snake to scare Nobita.
