Doraemon's Blue Tears

Since the previous event from Doraemon Takes a Day Off, Doraemon learns that Belle is a thief going through incredible lengths to recover the blue gem, which happens to be the heart belonging to her boyfriend, stolen by Kajil. So he, Nobita, Dorami and Sewashi agree to help Belle retrieve the stolen blue gem heart, defeat Kajil, and save her fiance.
