Big Rampage! Nobita's Baby

Suneo and Gian are building a model ship together, which Nobita envies. Back home, he finds a package from the New World Department Store; upon opening it, he discovers it contains the "Human Manufacturing Machine". Nobita then tries to build a dragon and a Pegasus, but gives up because the materials are too difficult to find. Instead, he decides to try making a baby. He first collects various materials at home, but finding 450 pencils is too much, so he goes to Shizuka to discuss it. However, because he doesn't express himself clearly, saying he wants to make a baby together. After being misunderstood and beaten by Shizuka, he finally takes Shizuka's pencils and begins making the baby. Just then, Nobita bumps into Doraemon, who is rushing back home, as he comes downstairs. Nobita asks him why he is in such a hurry, and Doraemon says that he is worried about the gadget in the room. Nobita lies and says that the department store has taken it back, which reassures Doraemon. While eating snacks downstairs, Doraemon talks to Nobita about the gadget. Only then does Nobita realize that the baby is dangerous, so he has to tell Doraemon the truth. The two rush upstairs to break the machine, but it is too late. Because the baby has superpowers, Doraemon, who wields a hammer that can destroy any machine, is instead hit and appears to be temporarily "damaged." The baby is created, and Nobita names him Mutan. However, the baby is terrified, saying, "I am your father, you can't do anything to me." Nobita then realizes what has been created. The baby uses its telekinesis to ask him to bring milk, and Nobita rushes downstairs to get it. At this moment, Shizuka, still angry because she has just hit Nobita... Feeling embarrassed afterward, Shizuka apologizes to Nobita. Seeing the milk in Nobita's hand, she asks who wants it. Nobita replies, "My child." Shizuka, thinking he is still making jokes, beat him again. This angers the super-powered baby, who threatens to execute Shizuka. Nobita tries to stop him but is powerless. When Doraemon tries to use the "Reverse Clock" to turn back time, Mutan discovers it and hits Doraemon again with a hammer, causing the solution to fail. Mutan chokes on his milk. Shizuka then cares for him like a baby, making him begin to see Nobita and Shizuka as his parents. Gian and Suneo are also given superpowers by Mutan. While Mutan sleeps, Doraemon tries to restore him to his original state using the "Time Cloth", but is discovered again and fails. Mutan says he wants to read, so everyone takes him to the library. Mutan quickly reads through all the books in the library, saying that he has learned all the knowledge on Earth and is going to go to outer space. He thanks Nobita and Shizuka. After Mutan left, Nobita misses him very much.
