Nobita is the Only Creature on Earth

The TV is showing a program about the Iriomote cat. Nobita, wanting to prevent endangered animals from being harmed, asks Doraemon to bring out a "World-Class Rare Animal Spray." Nobita experiments with the spray on a dog that has been beaten and a cat abandoned in an empty lot. However, Nobita starts complaining after being bitten by a stray dog. He trips over a ball, and Gian and Suneo want him to play, but to their surprise, Nobita runs away in fright. The teacher sees Nobita and scolds him. Nobita complains again and sprays the spray. This time, Gian, Suneo, and Shizuka all look at Nobita differently. Everyone is excited to see Nobita and wants to arrest him. Nobita is examined and watched by the crowd. Nobita runs home in a panic, but everyone wants to see him, and he is eventually arrested. Doraemon tries to find an antidote but can't. Finally, Nobita's parents reunit with him.
