The Pet is Carp Flag

Suneo shows off his carp streamer to others, but one child is upset, so Shizuka comforts him. The child has no money and can't afford a carp streamer. Suneo is reprimanded by Nobita and Gian. He tries to cut off the streamer and give it to the child, but Nobita and Gian stop him. The three start fighting, but Doraemon tries to stop them. Doraemon uses the "Carp Streamer and Cloud Maker" to make the streamers float. He then feeds the streamers Kashiwamochi, creating a large pile of streamers. Doraemon and Gian give the streamers to the child, fulfilling his wish.
